- The diagnostic check is free if your computer cannot be repaired or when the repair is carried out by our workshop. In this case, our technician informs the customer about the cost of the repair (labor + parts) before proceeding.
- Properly diagnosing a problem and ensuring a computer’s good operation often requires reinstalling the operating system (Windows). In these cases, the service is charged according to our price list but only if the problem is resolved.
- In cases of poor computer assembly, the minimum diagnosis cost is €15 + VAT.
- If the computer is repaired but the customer refuses the repair, the diagnosis cost is €15 + VAT.

- The repair warranty is void if the computer has been damaged due to normal wear and tear or other damage for which the customer is responsible, such as improper modification of hardware or software, installation of malicious programs, etc.
